The Small Stream Rod EVERY angler should have! We have created a 6'6 2w & 7’9”, 3w with medium action conveniently called “The Little River”. Matte Forest Green colored blanks with wraps in 2 color options. This batch was inspired by the highly sought after Brook Trout and designed for all the the tight spaces you can find these guys in. An absolute staple rod for anyone with small waters nearby. Sling shot it, roll cast, or open it up and throw line, this one was built to perform in whatever your local streams call for! Our 2w features Brookie-distinctive golden wraps in the upper sections, with burnt red wrapped label and hook keeper. Our 3w features burnt orange on the upper wraps and the blue from from the halos of their dots around the label and hooker keeper. Both themed by the highly sought after and beloved Native Brook Trout New 4/2024 ~ 100% Eco-Friendly solid natural cork. Not all cork is created equal!! The cork used for this rod is 100% Eco Friendly! The harvesting process of these special slow growth cork trees is part of the secret sauce. All that is removed is just the bark section of the tree which regenerates every 9 years, so it is completely renewable. Additionally, harvesting the cork bark at regular intervals allows the tree to live longer. Removing the cork bark not only increases the trees lifespan, but it also increases the amount of CO2 it can absorb from the air by revealing the fresh underlying layers of the tree’s trunk and lower branches.
